and we should be agreed that most of us are a style-picker!
we often ask the opinion of others to give us standpoint about something, well, it's not an ideal trait for an editor. but let's say that's one of our weakness, which is stay to learn to explore it.
by the time I began to feel the disadvantage when we heard too many point of others view. because in fact a thing can sometimes have two totally different opinions between two different peoples. so what's the point of asking, unless I have plan to create a poll? in the end I also have to make decisions, run it and accept all the risk.

from there I began to learn to not hang too much at the opinions of others. try to less listen too much what other people say and believe more in myself, this also applies to all aspects of my life.
